Champagne Dachshunds

We currently enjoy three dachshunds. One of which was a rescue from a "puppy mill". Our male Cream came from a wonderful kennel. Our Shaded Cream female is from a kennel in Washington. We recommended kennels over a rescue in situations when a rescue does not fit. We are currently not offering puppies. When we offer puppies, our puppies are sold under contract that if a puppy does not fit the situation then the puppy can be returned to us as the first choice in order to keep our puppies out of animal shelters. Please look elsewhere when searching for AKC Cream or Shaded Cream Dachshunds. We want connect humans with a pet. We are not perfect.

Our Rescue

Caddy is our rescue. Caddy is a long haired shaded red dachshund. Caddy has come a long way from when I first adopted her, and I was told, "She will eat just about any thing ," My mentor suggested I feed her California Natural. Caddy has improved greatly in health and coat.

Caddy is our second long haired female. Lily, my daughter's red long haired dachshund is the "granddaughter dog".

Champagne Kisses

Our male "Wronny" is a miniature long haired Cream. Wronny is pictured on the home page. Wronny is a love. He was purchased as an adult, his name on the AKC Registration reads Wheeteenydachs Champagne Kisses MLC. When registering your puppy or dog with AKC, the name is suppose to start with the kennel name where the puppy or dog was born.
